I've been living here and moved in with Tipton and have enjoyed it. A few months ago, I got this letter on my door saying that Capital Assets has taken over and I started looking for a new home. So I go in the office and see how they are, and they said that they will put in a new washer and dryer for me! When I renew my lease. Tipton never did that. I've also noticed that a lot of improvements going on outside and it seems to be quieter. I'm going to see how it goes with them.
