Good so far From: limeyosu Date posted: 9/14/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 2 photos   We have lived here just a couple of weeks, and we have had a few maintenance issues, but they got on them within a day. I live in one of the town home's so for the money it should be nice. My last place of residence was at the Greens of Bedford. I can definitely say that this is a step up. First thing i noticed was the residents. They are friendly and seem to care about where they live. The pool is nice and the residents seem to keep it that way to. Outside my back door i have a nice duck pond which keeps the kids entertained. As its only been 2 weeks not much to say but...good so far. P.s they let me see the actual place we were moving in to, which a lot of places don't so that meant a lot to me! 9/14 yes a resident had their car stolen, and there have been a few cars with tyres slashed, but I think that is not the fault of the complex. What has impressed me, is managements reaction to what has happened. New lights are being installed and a new security systam is in the process of being installed. So yes this is a good place to live! I think this is the best rental community in the south Tulsa area.
