Complex is older and the staff is very rude.

Newer apt complexes in the area have better amenities for less $$.

I have to strongly disagree with the last 3 reviews, this complex is one of the nicest I've ever lived in. Even though the complex is older, it is very well kept, and the staff has never been rude, they are always willing to go above and beyond your needs. The manager has been there 20 some years and that says a whole lot about her knowledge and comittment to the complex. All the other girls are so nice and helpful and they too have been working there for years. I am really suprised to see these complaints, but of course you cant always please everyone. I like the fact that the property is always clean and kept up so nice. If someone gets mad about getting a call about their trash, well.. too bad, it shouldnt be there anyway. The staff truely care about the residents here and they are willing to help you if you have any type of problem. Maintenance is very quick and knowledgeable and are all certified in specifics areas its even posted in the clubhouse. They are a member of the Better Business Bureau which is posted in the clubhouse as well. Most apartments staff never stay working for more than 6 months. I am very pleased with living here, I've been here since 2002 and would not ever think of leaving.
