When we moved in here, we had recently relocated and had to find something quickly, without the benefit of being able to wait for something nicer to come available. So we rented here, thinking maybe it wouldn't be as bad as we feared.

When I did my move-in inspection, I was assured by the very rude and uncaring office worker, who was then PROMOTED, that there were no problems with roaches. Of course, when I opened the cupboards, there were dead roaches everywhere. Despite being very clean and a neat freak, I have had to deal with roaches non-stop ever since I moved in. I have had to trap several mice as well.

The staff is a disaster. They couldn't care less when you come to see an apartment and they sit at their desks eating or filing their nails. One would think with such a crappy looking property with a myriad of problems, they might want to actually walk the property to see what needs to be taken care of.

The maintenance staff is an even worse nightmare. I have currently been waiting three weeks for them to fix a bathroom drain. They changed my neighbor's water heater five days ago and have yet to remove the old one from the middle of our landing.

The parking lot is horrible, broken beer bottles and car window glass everywhere. Old cars with broken out windows and flat tires are abundant.

With all the crime that takes place here, you think they would invest in proper lighting but they don't seem to care. On top of inadequate lighting, lightbulbs burn out and are left unchanged for weeks or months, even when you report them. Lights hang from the sides of buildings for months on end.

If you can't afford anything better (like myself), then rent here....but as the other reviewer said.....don't venture out after dark, keep your windows closed and don't speak to anyone.....and most definitely don't expect any degree of service from the staff.
