SUPER DUPER, DOUBLE ------ PART 2 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Well, it's me again...the person who wrote the previous review...I am now moving out of this h*** hole...but get this..We filed a complaint on this property and their company (Capital Assets) for the things that I listed in the review below...We submitted the complaint to the BBB in August. In this complaint we noted in writing that we were terminating our lease and not renewing in October 2006. Now that we are moving out, the property manager, some ----- named ----- is saying that we never gave them notice, and in that have to pay another months rent to them...I have the complaint documents where it shows this, but she doesn't seem to care...so now, me and my girlfriend are stuck having to pay rent to them, and the rent and deposit for the other property that we are moving to... This place is the absolute worst place I have ever seen or moved into...my friend lives in North Tulsa, where everyone says that "you're not safe here" and he is in better shape than we are. Again, if you are looking for a property that you are wanting to be happy and sane with, keep looking...If you are not careful, and decide to move in here, you are going to be in for a big surprise...Illegals tend to set the buildings on fire trying to grill inside their units, everyone around us plays super loud music, and there are always vehicles and units being broken into because the property does not employee adequate, nor professional security...I have actually started carrying a gun with me anytime I go outside at night, just so I don't have to worry about anyone messing with me...
