Howdy. I lived at Silver Creek for almost a year. From Dec 05 To Oct 06. I'm over 40 and rented the studio/one bedroom. Overall the place was not the worse and definately not the best. I would recommend this place for short term only as it was built in the 1980's and is in need of update. Most of the appts. in Tulsa are managed by Case and associates. They are way too large for individual concern as I have read the reviews of others. When it comes to ANY contract you sign; document, document, document! Because it WILL be used against you when you leave. For myself, I had excellent dealings with ----- and the front office staff. They tried very hard but were very understaffed, (See Case and Associates above). I would wait in line to see them and watch all the people come in; with every lie imaginable on how something wasn't their fault. Glad I'm not in that line of work! Good part: place was dirt cheap! Paid @ 329 a month for studio/one bedroom. Bad: I was there when the fire started. Building is up to code...for 1980..as the law says...but no more. Bad: Hope you speak -------! Cause your not going to be carring on any conversations with your neighbors with out it. Like I say; good temp place, as any appartment should be. But put lots of people from anywhere that close together and no one will be happy. Phil PS: Bought a house in Owasso. Outstandingly quiet!! PSS: No deposit depending on employer discount!! PSSS: I would recomend this place for single men...not for single women!

I found out bout a fire, but also about stabbings and other stuff. You know, not every place is perfect. You can get stabbed anywhere, you can get mugged anywhere, you can be in a fire anywhere. It doesnt matter if its in a high class or low class neighborhood. I mean, would you rather live here, or L.A.? Ive been shot at in nice neighborhoods, it doesnt matter. And half the time people complain on these sites, are the people that got evicted, or didnt get their way. C'mon? Get real, someone gives you a problem anywhere, what do you do? Settle it with yourself or cops. Always no matter where you go, there is always gonna be a lil problem.
