I've lived here for a year now. I'm a single parent with a teenage son and I work overnights in a local grocery store. I'm also a transgendered person. We've never had any problems with either the management (Capital Assets) or with any of the residents. In fact, we got a nice Christmas card from the lady who lives upstairs and across from us.
It is an older complex, and not the most expensive place, but maintenance does try to keep up with anything that goes wrong. As with all apartments, there can be times when bugs can crop up. But, I've lived in expensive gated communities that had worse problems than I've seen here. I just let the office know if I've seen any bugs, and they schedule my apartment for the next visit.
The laundry facility is available 24 hours a day, with key access. There is a small fitness area at the office, and they even have free 24 hour dvd rentals for tenants.
It's fairly quiet here, considering it is at the intersection of a major freeway and a major street.
All in all, I'm quite happy with my home. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

Sour grapes indeed. I fail to see what airing your sordid personal example has to do with the subjective review of a residential property, but that's all the more reason to avoid one housing neighbors like you.
