If your serious about moving into these apartments realize that they are apartments and everyone is moving in to them right now.

My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years now.

As with any apartment complex the staff is only worried about getting their money and not dealing with issues brought forth by its tenants.

The parking is an issue especially when your talking about places that haven't had full occupancy for years.

For the most part its not to bad of a place to live.

Yeah people drive through like they are the only ones for miles with their stereo's blasting and they tend to ignore the speed bumps but that is on them and not on the management.

Our issues have been that maintenance has to many issues and not enough man power.

We have been trying to get our door taken care of since we have moved in (looks like maybe it was kicked in and they have never replaced the door frame).

As for neighbors, lets face it, not to many people want to get to know each other anymore.

I only have one neighbor that I have issues with but that is lack of respect.

If your looking for quiet living then you should look south of 71st street and for a house.

If your needing a place to stay that isn't crawling with cockroaches then I can't complain about this place.

Just remember that the occupancy ratio in apartments is very high right now and you can't blame management for that.

They are just doing what the property owner is telling them to do and that is fill up as many units as possible.
