Second time around From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I lived at Silverstone about 2 years ago for almost a year. I moved to another complex in South Tulsa thinking that south Tulsa would be better living. All I got was higher rental rates, rude management and my car broken into twice in 6 months.Yes it even happens in some of the nicer apartments in south Tulsa. I decided to go back to Silverstone because I found they were under new ownership and management and they really seemed like they cared. The first time around I lived in there smallest apartment. This time I have one of the loft apartments and I LOVE IT! I work from home a lot so I can use the loft for an office. All my neighbors are very nice and this is a very small and quite complex. The manager is very quick to take care of any maintence issues that I have had. I know the new management has given out some of those you have 30 days to move notices, because my neighbor got one because of a BIG dog she would not get rid of. The owners run contest for discounts off of rent (and yes they really give you the discount). For all these reasons and more, I feel like Silverstone has become one of the best apartments in east Tulsa and will resign for another 6 months.
