STOP!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   By the way Glen Eagles is now Somerset Park at Union. They changed the name because a girl was murdered here!! Where do i start'! I have lived here for 11 months and thank GOD my lease is up next month so i can get the hell out of here. This is the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in! Lets see... Upon move in the apartment was FILTHY!!! There were dead spiders everywhere, marks all over the doors, the refrigerator smelled like rotten ass due to some kind of funky build up on the bottom and we made the mistake of pulling out the stove and you would not believe the junk left underneath. The drip trays on the stove had burned on food, the list goes on and on. We have had to have the air conditioner fixed four times and i don't even know how many times the garbage disposal had to be fixed! I also wouldn't suggest moving here unless you like deadly poisonous spiders as in brown recluse! Our apartment was INFESTED! I mean we were finding like four or five a day!! When we notified the office, they promised to send someone to spray every week, but they only came once! We ended up having to spend our own money to take care of the problem. I also would not suggest moving here if you like peace and quiet. There are cops here ALL the time and pretty much every night there are police helicopters flying around. There are tons of unfit parents that live here and let their delinquent children run all over the place vandalizing stuff. The entire time i have lived here i have slept with earplugs about 90% of the time. The girls that work in the office are total ------- and are completely useless. We decided to move here cause they were offering a $20 move in. Well that should have been our tip off. If you are thinking of moving here, save yourself from hell and forget about it! This place has absolutely no redeeming qualities whatsoever and i can't wait to get out of here!
