My wife and I have lived here for a year and a half. We have not lived in an apartment for 30 years. Everything is great. The only repair we have needed was a plastic knob on a bath faucet which was replaced as soon as I asked. Neighbors are all good. ( Well one is iffy occasionally) Apartments are insulated very well and we very seldom hear anything. Units near Sheridan Rd. (the main street) are a little noisy due to traffic when sleeping and when on balcony, but tolerable. The garages are very adequate, but parking is a little slim if having guests over for a visit. These units and the grounds and pool are meticulously kept up. Bills are low and it is safe enough that we leave our cars unlocked many times with no problems. Stairways are always lit and protected from weather. Snow and ice is removed from parking areas and salt applied. The clubhouse, exercise room, and pool area are always very clean and neat. The staff has changed several times but all have been pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend these apartments for those needing excellent housing at a reasonable price.
