Southern Slope

 

I lived in the Southern Slope apartments for a year and will never go back.

For the first two months I lived there my dishwasher was broken, not only was it broken but the entire water system would back up when I did the dishes in the sink.

When the always excuse-filled apartment manager finally got to ordering the part for our dishwasher, it sat in their office while ONE maintanance guy got around to fixing it.

Which was an additional month!!! One of the other apartment managers lived underneath me and COMPLAINED when she realized I had locked her out of my wireless internet access, as she had been stealing it from me for several months.

During my last two months of living there my ac went out, it took them every bit of three weeks to finally fix it.

My mother came and stayed with us (she is in her 50's) and she went to the management and they said that they did not have to deal with her.

We were not a priority to them at all.

Also that winter my roomate ran over a median that was unmarked (un-coned) and covered in snow.

She did some serious damage and when she went to speak with them about it, the eldest manager preceeded to ask why she was going that direction anyway- These people are absolutly ridiculous and impossible to deal with.

If you have another option- TAKE it.

These apartments are run down and the management sucks.
