From a customer's stand point, Deann, the manager is very helpful, and her assistant, Jessica is equally as helpful. They will tell you how it is, straight forward, honest and direct, and still manage to be just as friendly, and helpful. Their maintainence staff are very prompt, things are repaired in a timely manner. The landscaping is awesome, the grounds are very well-lit. I especially like the fountains with the ducks and frogs. This is a great place to call home!!

the manager and staff is nice but not helpful at all, the maintainence take a very long time to get to the apt. up too 2-4weeks to look at and then not fix it wright. Parking light is very poor, the pool is allways close but maybe one week threw out the entire summer.

I just moved out of there and I would rather live under a bridge. The only thing good there is the security is very effective and answer calls on a timely manner. When I lived there it was invested in roaches and management would never do anything about it. I even called the corporate office several times and never got any help, but they sure had no problem taking my $600.00 rent every month. I lived there about 8 months and the time I was there, there were about 6 different changes in management. And there is not no fountain there unless it's one of the upstairs apartments leaking water. It's nice to see management had time to write herself a review, grow up, while I was there all she ever did was stand outside and smoke. GET A LIFE, Don't ever move here, it SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
