Springs Apartments

Worst I have ever seen.. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I was a previous resident years ago...upon returning to the Tulsa area I thought I would return to a place that was once a nice home...the "New Management" are very rude and unprofesssional. The apartments have been allowed to fall into a condition of complete disrepair...are invested with roaches and left unclean when being leased to new tenants...and the management has an attitude of not caring for the property or their tenants...the mainteance staff/cleaning staff can not speak english and are generally hateful and act as though it is an inconvenence to be asked to do their jobs...I will tell everyone I know how horrible a place this complex has become and would discourage anyone from ever renting there in the future...you would have a cleaner safer place to live on the street or in your car...
