Ridiculous. My rent is frequently applied to other units and the burden of proof falls on me. When I present proof of check clearing, receipts etc I am refused paperwork documenting their findings and simply told 'ok, it's handled'. I have been notified multiple times that I am now on a month-to-month rent basis even though I signed a one year lease last fall. My breaker goes out almost every weekend during the summer, the fix it temporarily but never permanently. There is a 1/4" gap between my front door and the floor they have never fixed and this winter I've actually been inside and seen snow blowing IN the apt through the hole! Worst: my car was towed last summer without any warning. The next week there were FIVE other cars in my section with the towing numbers on the windshield - maybe they were getting a kick back from the tower''''''' DO NOT MOVE HERE!
