Guess what? Capital Assets just took over this property. The last few management, let this place slip into the gutter for financial reasons. This place used to be beautiful back in the day when I lived here. I now live nearby in a house. I was told they are adding all new carpets, floors and appliances! Even have NEW washer and dryer in each unit for a low price! Past reviews are PAST issues. The way this place is looking up, I would allow my 19 year old child live here. Sign me--->Past resident.
