Where do I start' That seems to the million dollar question!

Let's start with management. The manager out right lies to tenants and calls them lairs to their face. Says one thing then when it comes down to doing it she swears that she never said it and that the tenant must be the one loosing their mind. Please I took notes on our conversation something she might want to try to do, since she can't remember. That would be a whole lot more professional than calling the tenant a lair.

I have had the same plumbing problem for over a year now. Maintenance did come out and attempt too fix but was unsuccessful. The head maintenance man said he would come back out and fix within the week and has never came back. Called the office several times and still nothing.

And I'm still waiting on my new carpet that I was told 10 months ago I would be getting. The carpet in my hallway (just one of many places) is coming up at the seems, which is a tripping hazard.

Oh yeah we had the US Marshall, DEA, and Sheriff out here in April 2008 to pick up some, who according to the office was on America's Most Wanted. The people whose apartment he was picked up at are still here! Hello get them the hell out of here they run with some pretty unsavory people if the US Marshall are here to get them!

Oh yeah and we have homeless people living in the laundry mats that according to the office has threatened to kill them. But according the office staff they homeless drug addicts are harmless! HELLO THEY WHERE TRIPPING THE LAST TIME I SAW THEM! People who are trippin usually don't care and/or know what they are thus the term trippin. *rolls eyes*

I completely agree. I moved in during October and still had dangerous debris around. It was something I reported in my day 1 walk through and it never got fixed. After my sone cut his knee open on some of the broken glass, they decided to send someone over. He did a less than half-assed job and I still have to watch my kids when they play on our patio. The glass gets tracked into our house and is tearing up my vaccuum cleaner.

LMAO!!! Management may be different but a new manager isn't going to make the crime disappear! I find it even funnier that the day before the management replied to my posting about the crime and how unprofessional the manager is that someone made a new post about a shooting! Oh yeah, and I know for a fact that just a few months StoneRidge was still under the same management was there a year ago (when I moved out).
