very disappointed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   If I had seen my actual apartment before signing the lease, I would have never signed my name. Our unit had several dead bugs (indicating that they at least sprayed), but many live ones as well. Six months later, we still have a bug problem despite the fact that we call to have our apartment sprayed on a regular basis. We can thank our nasty neighbors for that. Since we live directly in front of the playground, our steps are used by the many kids (none of which belong to us) to sit and spit on. My neighboor had her car broken in to. Did I mention the hole in my bathroom doorn when we first moved in' Well they fixed it by putting on a new door that wasnt painted and was too long so it wouldnt close. Guests just love using the restroom with the door open. And of course there was the dishwasher, which was rusted, filled with dead bugs and leaked. Thankfully, they replaced it with a new one, after weeks of complaining and threats. And of course, there are NO lights facing the inner courtyard, so you leave at your own risk. And I've already been followed to my apartment building, but theres no security to complain too. I am so ready for this lease to be up!
