NOT JUST ANY SPIDER From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I live in Sugarberry for less than a year. I had to break my lease because I had Fiddle Back spiders in my two bedroom apartment. I had a four year old and had to check around his bed before laying him down. When I asked them to spray they said they would send someone, however the spiders got worse. I also had maintenance come into my apartment when I wasn't home and had no reason to be there. Another employee who liked me left messages at my door. I didn't feel safe and my son's life was worth the cost of breaking my lease. Should have called channel two works for you, Im sure I would have gotten out of it without any problem. What they don't tell you is that you have 30 days to have them fix what is wrong if they don't fix it you can break your lease without any loss. I learned the hard way. Case and Associates are the worst to rent from.
