Friendly Staff - No Bargain, though. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The Staff is really nice. Jennifer is great. Parking lot is very dark. I'd be very afraid if I were a female. (unless you packing a pistol) The pools are okay. The maintenance guy usually responds within a couple of days. The worst problem i've has was a leaking ceiling in my bathroom. My current neighbor has about 10 birds/parakeets in his apartment and they squawk 24/7. Overall, If you have some money to blow and your not afraid of a dark parking lot, go for it. Excellent Location!
