Lived on property for awhile and I must say that this is as close to owning a home without a huge mortgage or purchasing a lawn mower. The management is quiet friendly, but all business. I don't have to worry about the property residents running the looks of their places. Manager makes them keep it looking good, manager won't tolerate kids running in streets either.
Love that the manager Heather tries to have community activities for us residents, like on July 4th or at Christmas and Halloween.
This is an older property where things are going to break down, they do the best the can with what they have. I like living here, it feels like a home.
