Nice apartments, great location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   My husband and I have lived here over a year and have been very satisfied. When we first moved in, we had a leak that needed attention. Maintenance was slow in coming, so we called the corporate office (Case & Associates, listed in the Tulsa phone book). It was fixed the next day and we were given some $50 vouchers to use toward our rent. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and you can t beat the terrific trail system that s right across the street! Compared to other properties renting at this rate, Sundance is a bargain.
