Im my opinon I would say that Sundance is mostly over priced. Moving in I was in a time crunch and unable to fully look around. What they offer does not go with what I pay monthly. I have also had a serious issue with management that took way to long to settle. I was in need of a new air conditioner after about 2 monthes from moving in. The old one was no longer cooling and racking my billing 100 dollars over avg. I literally had to fight with management to get this done. All in all it took 3 monthes and a written e-mail to upper management after going throught the levels present at the complex. The gates that were a selling point for me never work and they seem to have a possibe roach problem. I do not have any in my upstairs apt but my neighbor has complained and you can see them running around the grounds.

They do have a roach problem. The day that I moved in I got my key and went up stairs to look at my unit and I went to open the fridge and there where 4 small roaches in the bottom. They said they would address the issue and here it is a year and a half later it's still an issue. I have been goign well and taking care of it myself. I bomb every other month so I rarely see roaches but I know other people who have them a lot worse. I'm not sure what they are using to spray but I'm sure it's making it worse. Overall, I do like it there. My neighbors are quiet but I do feel that it it overpriced.

Yep. They are overpriced, the management rules with an iron fist, but only for some. Roaches everywhere. There is an horrid woman who roams about dragging her dog and verbally abusing people. My dog is a therapy dog and they have written him up as "agressive" without even meeting him or substantiating the claim. I cannot wait to move out.
