They have an awesome 1 bedroom show apartment and the way they have it set up makes it look spacious. Once you move in to one you realize it's very small and cramped. My patio area is terrible, it's small, no privacy, and right next to very loud A/C units, I put a rock on one to quite it down. They have double pane windows but the seal in between most of them are worn out and it creates a white fog like appearance on the windows even the sliding door; the lakes said they are too expensive to replace. The pipes that feed water to your sink and very, very old and we had two of them split within a week, one of them caused lots of flooding, and luckily I acted fast before the floor collapsed. Emergency maintenance responded very quickly, I would say the best emergency maintenance if it's an emergency, otherwise they turn it over to regular maintenance and if you don't call everyday, they won't complete a work order for a long time. Landscaping isn't that great. Parking is ok. Neighbors are relatively quiet; surrounding area not to bad, traffic can be a little noisy. All in all, the apartment complex is ok. I think the two bedrooms would be worth it but not the one bedroom. Word of advice to anyone who reads this, when moving into a new apartment, make sure you check out the apartment you will be moving into before you sign the lease and if the complex refuses, tell them you are not moving in.
