Bad Lakes experience

When we moved into that Lakes it was nice and quiet, then as summer came the noise level went and the traffic did also.

Our neighbors car was stolen and people everday were going through everyones trash.

Then came the rain and this started the down hill ride of the Lakes.

As it rained we noticed that the wall and the floor were both wet.

We call the office and was told that someone would be out the next day to look at it.

I just happened to be off and answered the door and watch the man look and the wet wall and pull my carpet back half the way of my living room.

He said that they would paint over the wall to save it and put a fan on the floor to dry it.

The third day the wall had a spot that fell in the this black mold and wet insulation came out.

So agian I called the they said the would send someone to look.

This begins the first parts of the long two months that it took to fix the wall.

So after three week of the wall falling in and the floor being pulled back, they came and fixed the wall and window where water was coming in.

Then it took an other two weeks to have someone come and paint the wall, then another week the put the carpet back down.

By the seven week it had rained again and water was on the floor and the wall above the window fell off.

So the eight week the found the problem on the outside of the apartment, and fixed everything in one week.

This is why we think that the Lakes office did handle the problem in a safe and timely manner, and will never live there again or suggest it to anyone.
