When we first moved in we experienced difficulty with the office and our rent amount. We were given a student discount, and for 3 months in a row had to remind them of this. They kept leaving nasty little notes on our door saying we shorted them on rent and they were going to report us to a collection agency. It also took them 2 months to send us our FIRST water bill . . . so they kept leaving notes about us not paying that. I am a responsible person that ALWAYS pays my bills, and this really upset me.
The noise is ridiculous, and I feel very unsafe. There is a LOT of foot traffic because it is soooo close to WalMart and the casino. I am getting married and we were both residents at this complex in two different apartments and both had issues. We are pleased to be moving out and are finding way more for our money elsewhere.
OH . . . AND WE HAD THE WORST ISSUES WITH ANTS. We called several times and they did NOTHING. My closet rod broke 3 times and they never replaced it.
All the little things really add up. I would NOT recommend this place at all.
