Years at this apartment: 2008-01-01 - 2008-01-01
I moved down here and was looking for a place on short notice.
This seemed like a good idea at first but turned out not to be.
The office staff was very rude and the apartment wasn't even ready on my move in day.
There are bugs everyehere and I'm afraid to use the dish washer or garbage disposal.
I've even bored a bottle of bleach down the drain and that doesn't seem to help.
The railing outside my house is so lose I hate it if I was to trip I may fall to my death.
The parking lot is HORRIABLE there are bumps and dents everywhere I wouldn't even park in half.
Neighbors are always outside and kids running around in diapers.
Trash is everywhere and animals just picking at it.
The pool looks bad and is never open.
They are totaly over prised for the apartment so don't do it.
I must say the best thing about this apartment is the pond behind it.
