This complex exceeds excellence in every aspect.
Having lived in apartments most of my life, I can't find enough positive words to describe my experience at The Palazzo.
The manager is unbelievable, always available, always responsive, and tolerates NO CRAP on the property.
I have never, and I mean never been met in the parking lot with donuts and juice by any manager in my entire life in apartments.
Most are rude, and will sick their assistants on you when you want some of their time.
Not here, you get his attention any time you want it.
It is rare to ever see a manager walk the grounds or give crap about what is going on outside the office.
Not here, you see him walking around almost everyday.
The grounds are just spectacular.
Totally manicured and CLEAN year round.
The maintenance here is also something that defies any kind of apartment experience.
You have a problem, it is taken care of that day, and always fixed the first time.
My wife just loved Alex.
If it wasn't for the fact we bought a home, we would have never left.
We can't say enough nice things about The Palazzo, and would recommend this place to anyone who will listen.
