I lived here for 8 months out of my 1 year lease they had me sign. This complex is so bad that the maintaince men agreed with me about it. They quite caring about you or what needs to be done as long as you have a lease signed. The office staff is slow and wouldn't deliver work order to the maintance staff in speedy manner. I stayed at a motel for two weeks because my plumbing wasn't working probly. I would recommend this place ever to anyone.

I have lived at the Palazzo for almost two years and absolutely love it. It is like living in an Italian Villa. The staff are always very friendly and seem to know all of their tenants. The grounds are immaculate, and the two times I needed maintenance, they took care of it withint 24 hours. This is the best apartment complex I have lived in and would highly recommend it for professional people.

I agree with the original posting. The maintance is slow and the office staff is HORRIBLE and lazy. I was pregnant this past month when our air conditioner went out and they never returned our phone calls or sent anyone to our apartment that knew anything about it.

I can't believe I am reading these complaints. I lived in this complex twice because I loved the ease of engaging management. Charlie and staff are top notch. I relocated to OKC then moved back to Tulsa and didn't even consider living anywhere else. I have rented for several years and never once had a management staff even come close to comparing to the excellent service provided here. The management is by far the best I have ever encountered. They are very friendly and more importantly professionals with extensive experience in apartment management. I will recommend this complex to anyone anytime. I only wish I could be so fortunate as to have this type of service where I live now. Do not be swayed by clearing disgruntled renters. Remember some people are never happy. This place is well worth the higher rent as the amenities and management are top notch.
