Failure to comply to Oklahoma Statute Title 41 Section 118 which states - A landlord shall at all times during the tenancy: Maintain in good and safe working order and condition all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and other facilities and appliances, including elevators, supplied or required to be supplied by him

ditto, i had no air for a whole 8 months or something when i lived there in 2007 and my car was broken into 4 times...u eva wonder why there are about 3 cars with windows broken out in the parking lot?
