I have lived in these apartments for 5 years. These use to be great. I do stress the words "USE TO BE". We will be moving soon due to the complex likes to play "Lets trade parts on the air conditioners". We have lived without ac for 3 years and they keep refusing to fix it. If you send someone down there that is considered a senior citizen then they treat them like they are retards and don't know how to turn on the ac (yes I realize that was the managers last year, but still). I have had a leak in my 2nd bathroom in the shower so now we have no hot water. If we want to take a shower we have to go to my sister's or we have to heat water for the main bathroom to take a bath. We are moving soon and the end of the month is not coming soon enough. I'm sure we will have to fumigate before we move because I don't want roaches in my new apartment.

When we went to the office about the ac not working last year the person told my sister it was because of the sun shining the line from the unit. The person this year told my mom that we just had too much furniture for the ac to properly cool the apartment, but that does not explain why there is no air coming through the vents. It also does not explain why the unit downstairs makes no noise when turned on.

Oh my lord,,,,,,I cannot even begin to imagine, I have a friend who lives in tower crossing as well and has had the same problems her friend Ms. Lady will not even come over because of the deplorable,horrible environment! I don;t know how people sleep at night knowing they are charging people to live in squaller, especially in this economy, I am so sorry to hear about your horrible nightmare but am thankful you are moving soon!
