Get your piece of the pie here at University Club From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved to these apartments in May of 05.. Really love living here so far.. Only a couple of minor gripes here... The typical hot water in the shower runs for about 10-12 minutes.. and sometimes the painters are a little bit slow in work requests... Surprisingly pretty quiet here except sometimes you have to get use to the trains and emergency vehicles. Keep in mind that the apartments are pie shaped so really large furniture would not be suitable here.. I barely got my queen size bed on the elevator and the couch had to be inverted to get into my apartment... Building is well kept and the staff people are great.. they hold packages for you when you are not at home.. Regular maintenance is fantastic often there the same day.. I had to downgrade maintenance to four stars due to the painters but they are good too once they get here... Laundry room is great except sometimes machines dont work properly but it is well kept.. Gym is great as well as the indoor swimming pool... Tennis courts are also available.. I highly recommend you living here.. There is a reason why these apartments are close to full all the time....
