Best Apartment I've Ever Lived In

I rode my bike to work downtown.
I had a fantastic view from the 27th floor.
The elevators were very fast.
The pool is great.
The people are friendly.
The office staff is nice and they learn everybody's name.
There is no traffic nearby.
I paid $635/mo.
for 900 sq.
feet.
The maintenance was next-day service.
And get this, I got my full deposit back plus interest! This is unheard of.
I bought a house half way through my lease and moved out early.
My apartment was filled within a week!
2 complaints.
1) the exterior walls are thin and there are always firetrucks whistling down Riverside.
2) Sometimes the incinerator across the Arkansas River smells nausiating, but hey, it's Tulsa.
