Best apartment I've lived in

I have lived in the UC for 3 years now and love it. It is quiet, I have had all my maintenance requests responded to promptly, and everyone (maintenance, office and front desk staff) are very friendly. My only complaint is that it is under new ownership and they are raising rent quite a bit.
