I currently live at this property but am moving out shortly.

The good: Very friendly and helpful staff and capable maintenance; the friendliest office people I've met at any apartment building so far. Almost every tenant I've ran into on the elevator or downstairs has been friendly. The apartment themselves are uniquely designed and have AMAZING views. There is covered parking, which is a dream with some of the bad weather we get out here. The trash chutes are very conveniently located in the hallway on each floor. The laundry room is well-lit, large and the washers and dryers are great. The property is one of the safest in Tulsa, because there is 24/7 security with cameras. The building is locked at 6pm and the front desk will not let any unannounced guests in unless they have the occupant's approval beforehand.

The bad: The building has a bit of a water bug problem. In case you don't know, water bugs are disgustingly huge roach-looking creatures that aren't very fun to come across at any time of day or night. Maintenance does put out poison traps so I sometimes will come across dead or nearly-dead bugs. Also, the kitchens are very, very small.

Overall this is a fabulous place to live!
