I have lived at The University Club for several years and it is a wonderful place to live.
I read a few of the reviews and most of them are good, however a couple are crazy and just not telling the entire truth.
The staff are competent and friendly and work hard to meet all the demands of the residents.
I personally know some residents that should probably buy a house because they are never happy.
Some residents cause their own problems.
I have known people who destroy their appliances, carpet, etc and expect it to be repaired right away - crazy.
I have known people on my floor who make a mess in the hallway and then throw a fit that it is not cleaned up right away - clean up your own mess or better yet, don't make a mess.
The staff do an excellent job keeping a high rise building clean.
People complain about bugs but you are going to have bugs anywhere you live - maybe they should try keeping their apartment clean.

I am offended - I left a positive review on this complex in September (a month ago) that only mentioned the water bugs in passing. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment in this building - they come in no matter what. For crying out loud - there was a HUGE dead waterbug in my sink the day I moved in!!!!!
