I have lived here for 8 months, very friendly staff, maintenace is great, grounds are kept very nice...I would recommend the Village at Brookside to anyone. I cannot say enough about the office staff, office manager,---------, is great very helpful.
The location is close to anything you need or want.

I went to look at an apartment for mr and my little boy and I left a 100.00 deposit on it. We are not smoker or drinkers , we are quiet and family oriented. I am a widow of 5 years. My application floated around for a week and when I was turned down my money was not returned to me. The inexperienced, rude girl named --------- ------ WROTE IT PAYABLE TO THE APARTMENTS BEFORE...IT WAS APPROVED. This error was not admitted to by her, and in fact she tried to returmn it to me.I had to call the main office at Lynco and speak to her boss to get all of this straight. What a nightmare she was !! Please, communication is key.. She is really a disappointment to what seems like a nice property.I myself, sucessfully found a suitable place for me and my child..great management,open communication, integrity and professionalism.
