When I moved into my apartment it was newly renovated and very quiet. A new company had just bought the complex and there weren't very many apartments that were ready to be lived in yet. As the complex started to fill up however things got worse. Often people would drive through the parking lot with their music blaring and the place seemed to get more unruly as time went on. I had bug problems for a time, but after I really started hitting them hard they seemed to go away. There were several times that I reported maintenance issues and they weren't taken care of without constant prodding. I couple of the maintenance guys were good if you could get them to attend to your problem. Management was okay. Jada was always pleasant and helpful. I think most of the place's downfall has to do with the type of people that have moved in recently. I was never robbed or broken into, but I know of it happening a few times.
