I currently live here after transfering for work, and have to say this is a great place to live. You are close to everything you could possibly need. The compex is clean and well kept, though my apartment hadn't been cleaned when i moved in and the preovious tennants had moved out a mere 2 days before i moved in. The office staff is great, very attentive, very friendly, and eager to please. I have had no issues. There is a 24 hour s day answering service, so you can actually speak to someone and leave messages anytime of the day. there is also a 24 hour emergency number. The complexnis gated and well secured, and there is an option for an in unit security system as well. There is a safety patrol which frequently patrols the unit at night. I have never had a problem with parking, which is important as i work nights and have odd hours, i can still always get a spot right in front of my apartment. There are multiple trash bins around the unit and they are emptied frequently, so trash is never piling up. The maintanence crew is visible during the day, keeping the place up. In fact they are often fixing and remolding things before you as a tennent even notice them. during the ice storms, there is always de- icer on the stairs and ground. I have never had to wait more then 1 day for any type of service, no matter what it may be. Having said that, everything in the apartment was practically new when i moved in so i haven't had to call more then once. new appliciances and the washer and dryers are included. Yes, the units do actually look like the model though the walls have been patched and re-painted and that is obvious. The ammenities are great, exercise rooms are open 24 hours a day, and office is open 7 days a week. You have access to both the ammenities at Villas and Lincoln. The complex is made up of mostly professional people, which was very important to me. I work nights, so quiet during the day is very important to me and that is what i have gotten. I have never heard a single party even on the holidays. Speaking off, the management company actually hosts pool parties during the summer, complete with food and dj's. The only real complaint i have is the price of the apartments. When i signed they said they hadnt had a price increase in 2 years, when in fact the price had changed from what i was told on the phone and what they quoted me in person. Even though this place is pricey, you pay for what you get. Prompt service, safe envirnmant, quiet professional residents, newer apartments, and large units. My next move will be to purchase a house, as no other complex can come close for less money.
