Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2002
Let?s see we lived in the complex for two years and the first year was just ok. We loved the veiw, floorplan and location. The staff was very friendly for the first few months but after that were barely cordial. After the first year we had neighbors move in on the third floor, we lived on the second. They told us when we rented that loud music and things like that would not be tolerated after 11pm. But starting on wednesday night our neighbors had loud gatherings, visitors and parties that lasted until sunday night. There was no amount of complaining to our neighbors and to the management that made a change. My car was broken into twice. And the heat went out in our apartment in the middle of winter, just ours no one elses. We had to get a hotel room that night while we waited for mantainence to fix it. When we renewed our lease we were quoted a price of a $100. more when new customers were being offered a rate of $50 less than we were currently paying. With all this said I suppose you can make your own decision to live there.
