I've lived in two others while in Tulsa...and this one by far is my favorite. The Maintenance staff is quick and efficient and they don't creep me out. It's really pretty and they're amenities are pretty good: washer and dryer in some units, fitness center, etc. My only complaint is how loud people would get at the pool, but once summer is over it's not that bad. I've never had any issues. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm relocating to another city.

Yeah right ... I might even take your review seriously if you had resided on the property long enough to offer a more realistic one, but yours reads too much like a sales pitch contrived by some twit who should be devoting more constructive energy to her residents, than to the company computer, so how can I?

You obviously sound like some disgruntled tennant who needs help. I'm currently living there and have been for six months. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm relocating because of my job. It's not a sales pitch...just my honest opinion. You can believe it or not for all I care. Is Waterford the best apartment complex in Tulsa? No. But it is good for the price you pay. So go take your Prozak and calm down.
