Nice apartments, well built and very quiet. Grounds are typically well kept. Nice pool and fitness facility. Lots of community-sponsored social events. Have gone through several different office managers in my 8 years, but most of them, and their staff, have been very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a problem on the north side of the complex, but is good on the south side. Great location. Easy to get to downtown up Riverside, close to I-44 and I-75. Nice running/biking trail across the street at RiverParks, picnic/playground facilities a little farther north. Neighborhoods to north and east aren't the best, but not horrible, and the complex is gated, and there are periodic security patrols. Only complaint I have is that occassionally one of the gates will break (usually because some idiot drives into it), and the gate will be either stuck open or stuck close. But management usually gets it fixed in a few days. Would definitely recommend living here. Perfect for anyone working downtown (easy 10 minute drive up Riverside).
