Great apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived at Wellsford Oaks for about 8 months and I love it. The office staff is so professional and if you ever have a maintenance problem it is fixed withing 24 hours. The complex is quiet, I did have a rowdy neighbor the other night but patrol was on it immediately and the office new about it right away.
