This is by far the best property at the best price in Tulsa. I had a very nice one bedroom with a great view. They are pet friendly, but the grounds are kept up so well, you don't have to worry about stepping in dog crap. It's right across from the river which is great for walking and picnics. The maintanence staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. All of my requests were fixed right away, once even in after hours when the air stopped working and it was hot. Someone came over right away and worked til dark to fix it so I wouldn't have to spend a night in the heat. The complex is really nice, the people friendly and the neighborhood quiet. I loved the year I spent at Wellsford.
