Wellsford Oaks looks like it would be a very pricey place to live. Once you get there it only feels that way, but the price is right. For the low price you pay, you get a great, well kept apartment and a staff that is there for you all the time. Any repair request is always serviced asap and no longer than 48 hrs. from the time it was placed. As you can see I highly recomend Wellsford Oaks.
