Kudo's for maintenance crew and porters. Yhey are efficient and friendly. On that note, the Office personell are just OK. They are somewhat snooty and not very friendly. The pool is pretty disgusting come Sunday. The property is pretty nice but it backs up to very scary neighborhood. If you want a parking space that is well lit and not in close to Peoria, you better be parked by 5:p.m. Nothing like being a single woman and coming in late and having to walk a 1/2 block to your apartment when you've had to park alomst to Peoria with no lighting. The closet is very very tiny. The only reason I have noise issues is because of a bad upstairs neighbor, other than that I really don't notice anyone else. They are a little pricey considering they are older apartments and need some updating. I would still reccommend them though because I have been living in apartments for many many years and I had lived in alot worse as wel as better. I would like to see them do better.
