I have lived at Wellsford Oaks for going on 3 years now and I really have enjoyed it. I haven't experienced any problems. When I do have a maintenance issue they take care of it immediately. Parking' I don't have any problems, I do see that it can get full up front, by the clubhouse, but there is ample parking behind which makes up for it. The office staff and maintenance staff is very friendly. They always take care of my needs. I recommend Wellsford to all of my friends and co-workers.
