Since I have lived here I have had no maintenance issues at all. My apartment looked great when I moved in. The office staff is very firendly and they will help you with any problem that may come up. Rent price is pretty good. The community is gated and I have not had a problem with the parking lot even when I came home at 3 in the morning. The area is good, haven't had any problems with any people in the area. It is a quiet apartment complex which is nice. The grounds are kept in great shape, unlike some of the other apartment complexs I have stayed at. Overall Wellsford Oaks is worth every penny. I would recommened this apartment to everyone.
