Going Downhill From: chilli11 Date posted: 5/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   When we moved into this complex it was owned by Equity Residential. There were a lot of benefits to living there, the office and maintenance staff were friendly and competent, and we didn't have any problems. A few months ago it was sold to Case & Associates, and has since fallen apart. The gates are constantly broken, and stuck open, about half of the sprinklers are always broken, and they don't seem to care about increasing crime. I had heard bad things about Case before, and they are apparently true, since our experience, as well as our neighbors', has deteriorated a lot since they took over. Not good.
