I moved into Wellsford Oaks over a year ago. I was very happy with the previous management company and I'm happy with the current one also. There is a marked difference in rent collection policies, and the rent is a little more expensive than it used to be, but I look at this as a good thing. I don't think just anyone should be able to rent here. This place offers lots of little, nice amenities like gated access (which works most of the time), fitness center, and free dvd rentals. I'm right across from the river which is nice because I'm a runner and jog there often, plus I'm 5 minutes away from anywhere in Tulsa I want to go including the new Riverwalk in Jenks. Everytime I go in the office to drop off my rent I meet a new face, albeit one that is always smiling. I like my neighbors and have made some friends while staying here. Not a bad place to live.
